Summary
COMET (Comprehensive Online Monitoring and Evaluation Tool) is an extensive system designed for data-driven decision-making at the International Rescue Committee (IRC). It operates in 13 countries across Europe, Africa, and Asia, consolidating data related to education, health, livelihoods, governance, and emergency response through the open-source DHIS2 platform. The tool facilitates program reporting and efficiency assessments for over 500 IRC staff worldwide. BAO Systems co-developed the system, providing architecture support, configuration, hosting, training, and deployment services.
