The Ministry of Health (MoH) is enhancing health information systems by implementing the District Health Information Software 2 (DHIS2). This initiative aims to improve data collection, management, and analysis for health services, enabling real-time access to data for better decision-making and efficient resource allocation. DHIS2 will standardize health data reporting across districts to ensure consistency and reliability, ultimately strengthening health service delivery and monitoring health indicators. To facilitate the rollout, healthcare staff will receive training for proficient use of the system, reflecting MoH’s commitment to leveraging technology for improved public health management.
