The platform aids in prioritizing site visits, identifying capacity-building needs, and tracking CQI project performance over time. It features a resource portal with guidelines, training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and job aids for easy implementation access. Additionally, the platform promotes learning and sharing of best practices via its dashboard and external networks like ECHO. Key health focus areas include mental health, sexual and reproductive health, communicable diseases, health promotion, and maternal and child health.
