Summary
Our product is a fully integrated Hospital Management System that encompasses all clinical operations, including outpatient (OPD), inpatient (IPD), emergency services, operating theater (OT), intensive care unit (ICU), pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, billing, and patient records. It also features back-office management modules such as human resources (HR), inventory management, accounting, supply chain management (SCM), procurement, fixed assets, payroll, and management information system (MIS) reporting, thereby enabling comprehensive digital healthcare operations. Additionally, a prescription module is complemented by associated mobile applications. Key features include the digitization of 100% of patient records across various departments, allowing doctors to better review historical medical records for improved treatment recommendations. By 2027, the system aims to implement AI-powered clinical decision support to enhance diagnostic accuracy and provide AI-powered analytics dashboards for real-time insights on revenue and departmental performance. The health focus areas include emergencies, injuries, primary health care, skin diseases, medications/pharmacy, maternal and child health, sexual and reproductive health, oral health, cancer, mental health, vaccination/immunization, health promotion, and ophthalmology.
