Rise-uP is a medical care initiative aimed at improving the treatment of patients suffering from acute, subacute, and recurrent nonspecific low back pain. It incorporates digital health tools such as the TherapieNavigator, an electronic case report form that complies with German guidelines, allowing healthcare professionals to access patient data and provide guided treatment.
