Yathu is an electronic health records (EHR) system operated by The National Tuberculosis and Leprosy Control Programme (NTLP) under Zambia's Ministry of Health. It is designed for capturing, tracking, and managing cases of individuals diagnosed with multi-drug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) and extensively drug-resistant tuberculosis (XDR-TB). The system is implemented as a web application and has been developed and managed by The Centre for Infectious Disease Research in Zambia (CIDRZ) as part of the USAID-led Tuberculosis Local Organizations Network (TBLON) project since version 2.0.0, with a focus on communicable diseases.
