Sympheos is a mobile and web application designed for use in Malawi to capture and report COVID-19 Antigen testing data. Available on the Google Play Store, the app requires users to register for an Operator Account and input an access code. It allows users to log Rapid Diagnostic Test results, which are subsequently sent to Sympheos for management and analysis, delivering insights through various charts and reports. Currently, the app is utilized by 1,249 users at testing sites and is exclusively available for Android devices. Additionally, Sympheos Insights, powered by Microsoft Power BI, enhances data visualization and metrics to support improved understanding and decision-making in health focus areas, particularly related to communicable diseases.
