The project seeks to transform disorganized paper-based health records at a base hospital in Sri Lanka into a structured digital format. Health outcome surveys suggest that this digital system improves healthcare delivery and is vital for future implementations. The software has already been successfully adopted in various outpatient departments and clinics, with intentions to expand its use to inpatient settings. It operates on the Health and Hospital Information Management System (HHIMS) and addresses various health focus areas.
