Since 2006, aggregate reporting for HIV in the District Health Information Management System (DHIMS) has been implemented. Health personnel utilize the antiretroviral therapy (ART) tracker to manage and analyze individual patient records at the community level, facilitating the tracking of patients throughout testing and treatment and managing defaulters' follow-ups. The introduction of the HIV/ART eTracker has not disrupted the existing system or the flow of aggregate HIV reporting.
