The initiative aims to enhance the quality and speed of health facility data collection by digitizing health facility forms and using Android tablets for data entry, mainly at community health centers. The objective is to facilitate timely and thorough data submission from healthcare facilities to the District Health Information Software 2 (DHIS2), with plans to possibly expand this system to include all community health posts.
