The project aims to implement a modular, automated data intelligence platform that revolutionizes the engagement of frontline health workers and program managers with routine health data within Zimbabwe's HIV program. By automating data cleaning, analysis, and reporting, the initiative will significantly decrease manual workloads and eliminate unnecessary data entry, allowing health workers to concentrate on service delivery and enabling program managers to make timely, evidence-based decisions. The platform seeks to enhance data quality, timeliness, and utilization by automating routine reporting processes for health workers and managers by 2024, focusing on various health areas including communicable diseases, sexual and reproductive health, cancer, primary health care, maternal and child health, and non-communicable diseases (NCDs), targeting health professionals and health structures.
