The solution is based on OpenMRS' Reference Application 2.9.0 docker image. A COVID-19 data dictionary and a corresponding paper form were created, incorporating key concepts from IEMS that align with the CIEL dictionary. The codes were matched, and the data dictionary was formatted for the OpenMRS Initializer module to ensure consistent metadata. An HTML form, reflecting the IEMS COVID-19 paper form, was developed and integrated into the OpenMRS data collection interface. This setup allows clinicians and staff to manage patient records for both COVID-19 and non-COVID patients who do not require hospitalization. The health focus areas include Emergencies, Communicable diseases, and Health promotion.
