The Didier project focuses on monitoring adherence to hand hygiene strategies in the healthcare setting, with the aim of preventing infections. Prior to its implementation, monitoring these practices was complicated and data collection was slow. Didier presents a solution composed of three elements: a chatbot in Landbot that collects results, an orchestration layer that analyzes compliance using Google Cloud Platform, and a visualization dashboard in Tableau connected to BigQuery, which allows a graphical representation of the data. This facilitates monitoring and informed decision making to improve hand hygiene, highlighting health promotion as a focus area.
