The health system in rural India faces significant challenges, including inefficiencies in data collection, poor coordination among health workers, and insufficient data for informed decision-making. To combat these issues, the Khushi Baby solution, known as CHIP (Community Health Integrated Platform), offers an offline mobile application tailored for key health workers, such as ASHA and ANM personnel. This platform features a digital health census, outbreak surveillance capabilities, and tools to assist with point-of-care decision-making. CHIP enhances care continuity, facilitates data sharing, and enforces accountability for health visits. Currently, it supports over 60,000 active health workers and has screened 14 million beneficiaries, making it a vital digital public health resource for the Rajasthan health department. The application addresses various health focus areas, including Sexual and Reproductive Health, Non-communicable diseases, Communicable diseases, Maternal and child health, Vaccination/Immunization, Environmental health, Cancer, chronic conditions and disabilities, Mental health, and Oral Health.
