eLMIS FE has evolved from a Java Swing client-server application to a web-based two-tier system that utilizes a PostgreSQL database. Specifically designed for health facilities, it operates on local area networks (LAN), enabling simultaneous access for multiple users without the need for internet connectivity, as it is installed locally. Additionally, the system offers offline access and can generate monthly reports and requisitions (R&R).
