Summary
The project aims to assign a unique ID to every citizen of Bangladesh, enhancing healthcare services through the integration of patient records, automation, telemedicine, and an e-appointment system with shareable health records. It will ensure the provision of health cards and services while maintaining comprehensive health records. The focal points include health promotion and addressing the needs of various target populations, particularly the elderly (65+), as well as rural and urban communities, and the general population.
