The Hospital Information Management System (HIMS), created by the Ministry of Health, is an electronic platform aimed at improving hospital operations by offering integrated care and crucial clinical data for continuous electronic health records. Currently, HIMS is utilized in more than 10 government hospitals and 60 primary care facilities as the main hospital information system. Since 2019, its use has been mandated in government hospitals to promote cost-effective healthcare management.
