The Community Scorecard App aids this process by digitizing and analyzing data collected from scorecards. It offers three key tools: an offline data entry app for easy input, a program management app that provides real-time analysis, and a data hub for aggregating and visualizing information. The primary health focus area addressed by these tools is health promotion.
