A community-based family planning program empowers Community Health Workers (CHWs) to provide family planning services in line with the Balanced Counseling Strategy Plus and the guidelines set by Tanzania. The program employs comprehensive dashboards to monitor key metrics such as government reports and discontinuation rates. CHW supervisors use a mobile app for effective communication with CHWs about outreach events and method stock levels. The primary health focus areas of this initiative include communicable diseases and sexual and reproductive health.
