We create personalized care pathways based on these screenings, employing FDA/NAFDAC-approved devices for remote patient monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. While medication is a component of our approach, we prioritize healthy behavior changes through health coaching and cognitive science techniques, incentivizing patient adherence for improved health outcomes. In Nigeria, approved home test kits for malaria and typhoid enable remote consultations and medication delivery, significantly lowering treatment costs by 60-70%. Additionally, our platform offers access to electronic medical records, improving the overall patient experience in healthcare management. Our key focus areas include non-communicable diseases (NCDs), mental health, and health promotion.
