Summary
CyborgBase is a digital platform designed to streamline access to essential services for people with disabilities, including prosthetics, rehabilitation, inclusive employment, and financial support. Acknowledging the challenges posed by fragmented systems and high costs, CyborgBase offers a single digital entry point, simplifying navigation through healthcare, social protection, and employment pathways. This platform aims to enhance health outcomes, alleviate the administrative burden for institutions, and promote the social and economic inclusion of individuals with disabilities, contributing to several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including No Poverty, Good Health and Well-Being, Quality Education, and Reduced Inequalities, among others. The platform aims to enable over 50,000 individuals with disabilities to access vital services by 2030, reduce the time and complexity of navigating prosthetic access and reimbursement by 30-40% by 2028, and support at least 10,000 individuals in finding inclusive employment opportunities by 2028. To achieve these goals, CyborgBase plans to build partnerships with public institutions, healthcare providers, employers, and civil society organizations across Central Asia and select international markets by 2027. Progress will be monitored through platform usage data and impact indicators, focusing on health promotion, injuries, and rehabilitation, with targeted populations including persons with disabilities, health professionals, and the elderly (65+).
