Open Smart Register Platform (OpenSRP) is a digital health information system aimed at enhancing maternal and neonatal health outcomes. It improves efficiency, data quality, and the timeliness of interventions in reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health (RMNCH). Since its implementation in 2014 under the THRIVE project in five Indonesian districts, it has engaged 116 users and positively impacted over 120,000 pregnant women, neonates, and children under five. The program focuses on health promotion, maternal and child health, and vaccination/immunization, among other areas.
