5C connects healthcare facilities in India to qualified radiologists through a distributed clinical network supported by digital imaging workflow and assistive AI. Studies are received from participating facilities, routed and prioritised, supported by workflow and quality tools, and returned as clinically signed reports. Radiologists retain final clinical responsibility. The implementation aims to expand timely access to specialist interpretation while generating practical lessons in orchestration, quality monitoring, escalation, interoperability, infrastructure variability and human oversight.
