Summary
We aim to take patients from a position of confusion as regards their health and their health journey and through excellent communication skills an active enquiry, turn their confusion into clarity as regards what matters for their health. We will answer key questions such as 'What should I worry about? When should I worry? If I am ok now, what emerging issues should make me concerned and mean I should seek healthcare in a physical setting?' We offer consultations for all presenting complaints and are currently integrating specialty care, remote measuring of vital signs through medtech delivery in-App and AI enhancement of communications skills and speed to doctor throughflow. These methods of adopting technology allow us to enhance quality whilst retaining an affordable price for the service: This allows us to achieve our central mission: To deliver excellent, localised, healthcare advice at affordable costs to reach the most disadvantaged communities.

Challenges
Ensuring accurate and appropriate regulatory adherence for a innovative method of delivering health information from doctors. We had a process to follow here which did not fit into the process in place in Nigeria. Clinical quality. Due to busy clinical lives and complicated rota patterns, it took us some time to build a 24 hour service with our esteemed medical team, led by our clinical lead, Dr Kajo Onesimus.
Recommendations
Thankfully, the authorities worked with us and established us as a recognised and certified outpatient health facility, albeit entirely online. We have achieved a high standard now and have implemented our quality assurance program.
