Summary
The Everwell Hub platform is a digital infrastructure designed to support officers, health workers, and patients in the diagnosis, treatment, and recovery of tuberculosis (TB). It offers a range of patient management tools via mobile, web, SMS, and IVR. In 2020, the platform was adapted to also address HIV, mental health, and COVID-19. The project aims to implement the 99DOTS Digital Adherence Technology for a minimum of 250 patients with multidrug-resistant TB (MDR-TB), specifically targeting those newly initiated on treatment or who have been undergoing therapy for at least three months in designated MDR-TB centers, which include adults and children. The health focus areas of the project include communicable diseases and other health concerns.
