The initiative aims to create integrated patient management systems that enhance treatment services, especially for individuals living with HIV and AIDS, thereby improving overall clinical and public health outcomes. This program will provide healthcare facilities with innovative digital tools and strive to consolidate data from different healthcare systems, leading to a secure electronic medical records platform for all Zambians, with a particular focus on communicable diseases.
