Palladium is collaborating on the Health Policy Plus 2020 program to modernize data management by moving away from excel spreadsheets. Working with BAO, they are creating customized solutions hosted on the DHIS2 open-source platform to support family planning projects in 15 countries. This initiative will organize country-level indicators into thematic categories, allowing for real-time data analysis and informed decision-making. Despite each country beginning with different indicators, the DHIS2 platform is uncovering patterns that enhance cross-comparability and data harmonization, ultimately improving insights and adaptability within the Cost Implementation Plan (CIP) data model. Currently, two countries are in the pilot development stage, focusing on Sexual and Reproductive Health.
