CommCare is a mobile data collection platform used in multiple applications, including vaccine management. In Jamaica, the government leveraged CommCare to create a digital platform for managing the national COVID-19 vaccination effort. This software addresses three key stages of vaccine delivery: screening, vaccination, and follow-up. It offers the Ministry of Health and Wellness an integrated digital solution for scheduling, patient screening, documentation, and reporting during the vaccination process, focusing on vaccination/immunization and communicable diseases.
