The eHospital-Dompe project is an effective eHealth initiative in Sri Lanka aimed at enhancing productivity and efficiency in government hospitals through ICT-based process automation and change management. It streamlines the entire patient care workflow, which includes registration, queue management, electronic records for diagnosis, medication prescriptions, and laboratory tests. The initiative also features the eChanneling module, which improves service delivery and offers all services at no cost to patients at the point of care.
