eIMMR is a web-based system that collects discharge summaries and mortality data from around 550 hospitals across the country. It functions as a morbidity data repository and plays a key role in producing the Annual Health Bulletin efficiently. The Ministry of Health manages the system centrally, with initial funding provided by the World Bank through the Second Health Sector Development Project. eIMMR has been successfully institutionalized, addressing various health focus areas.
