Summary
Our project aims to empower the Swahili-speaking population in Tanzania who live with chronic pain conditions by offering online self-management education and resources. By providing online workbooks and audio files, we seek to enhance access to essential skills that can alleviate symptoms and improve quality of life, particularly in rural communities. The health focus areas include rehabilitation, other chronic conditions and disabilities, and non-communicable diseases (NCDs), targeting the general population.
