Improving health service quality in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) is challenged by a growing health sector, insufficiently enforced standards, delayed feedback mechanisms, and poor data utilization. The Health Network Quality Improvement System (HNQIS) addresses these issues through a tablet-based application aimed at enhancing health service quality within both public and private sectors. HNQIS features four modules that assist health supervisors in planning visits, assessing service quality, providing customized feedback, and monitoring improvements. Additionally, its integration with DHIS2 facilitates informed decision-making and effective resource allocation by identifying priority intervention areas. Key health focus areas include chronic conditions and disabilities, health promotion, sexual and reproductive health, maternal and child health, non-communicable diseases (NCDs), communicable diseases, and cancer.
