In 2020, there were 19.3 million cancer diagnoses worldwide, with a one-month treatment delay increasing mortality risk by 6 to 13%. This issue is especially significant in low- and middle-income countries, where fragmented data can lead to delays of up to 60 days, resulting in lower survival rates and higher costs in 60% of cases. To address these challenges, we have created a 4-step method utilizing PEGASI MED, our Oncology Information System, which enhances patient management from initial suspicion through follow-up. PEGASI MED operates across multiple channels, complies with privacy standards, and allows for data aggregation for Big Data analysis. Future initiatives include implementing an ERP for oncology institutions and developing a Patient App to facilitate better communication. Our primary health focus areas are Sexual and Reproductive Health and Cancer.
