Summary
The National Cancer Control Program (NCCP) is dedicated to enhancing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) in accordance with the National Cancer Control Strategy 2017-2022. To achieve this, IntelliSOFT is teaming up with Savannah Informatics Global Health Institute and Clinton Health to develop a specialized Oncology module for the open-source KenyaEMR system, which will be integrated with DHIS2 for effective data management. This new Oncology Module aims to improve the input, access, and utilization of clinical data among stakeholders, thus strengthening M&E throughout the cancer care continuum. Ultimately, this initiative is designed to facilitate informed clinical quality improvements and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, with a specific focus on cancer health.
