Lifeguard projects are integrated digital health systems (SaaS and SaMD) designed to enhance public health and safety, incorporating innovations including Artificial Intelligence and IoT, that are patented. The projects focus on promoting public health and safety by preventing accidental deaths (incl. overdoses, inadvertent deaths), safeguarding individual privacy, while promoting sustained mental health and well-being. Aimed at implementation within 2 years in all countries where they serve, the projects target the general population while prioritising vulnerable population groups by customisations to geographic context and connecting directly with emergency services within that country. The areas of focus are emergency response, mental health and wellness, public health and safety. The solutions have successfully saved 355 lives as of July 2026.
