The Safe Delivery App was translated into Myanmar language and adapted to national guidelines in 2017, receiving approval from the Ministry of Health and Sports (MoHS) in January 2018. It was formally launched in February of the same year, accompanied by training for midwifery representatives across all states. A targeted rollout occurred in Bago in June 2018, coinciding with baseline data collection. The app focuses on health promotion, maternal, and child health.
