The ART Access App is being developed as a pilot mHealth tool to streamline the delivery of antiretroviral therapy (ART) and viral load data for stable patients. This application connects patient information to an algorithm that enables community pharmacies to provide drug refills without requiring patients to visit health facilities. The app will capture various patient data, including demographics, unique identifiers, current ART regimens, viral load, adherence scores, clinical complaints, follow-up outcomes, and reasons for missed appointments, with a focus on communicable diseases.
