The Ministry of Health (MoH) is introducing the District Health Information Software 2 (DHIS2) to improve health data management. This system aims to enhance the collection, analysis, and sharing of health information across different levels of the health system, thereby improving data accuracy and accessibility. The initiative focuses on fostering better decision-making and resource allocation. To ensure effective use of the software, capacity building and training for health workers are emphasized. Ultimately, the implementation of DHIS2 is expected to bolster health information systems, resulting in enhanced healthcare delivery and outcomes in various health focus areas.
