rsLog is a transactional Health Management Information System (HMIS) specifically designed for Family Planning and Comprehensive Abortion Care in Ghana (rslog-GH). Utilized by the Ghana Health Service, it facilitates the collection and transmission of data related to family planning and abortion care while managing commodity stock levels at healthcare facilities. Developed as a web-based platform, rsLog records individual-level reproductive health service data. Additionally, rsLog-Mobile enables offline data capture, which can be synchronized once internet connectivity is restored. The system focuses on key health areas, including Maternal and Child Health as well as Sexual and Reproductive Health.
