The Global Lab eTools repository, launched by the Global Fund in partnership with the Association of Public Health Laboratories, aims to support health leaders, public health laboratories, and decision-makers in evaluating and selecting laboratory tools tailored to their needs. Users can browse, compare, and filter tools based on specific features, with assessments grounded in a custom-developed maturity framework. This centralized resource is designed to aid health leaders in the selection and deployment of laboratory health tools within a collaborative environment, fostering south-south collaboration. Additionally, mapping available laboratory eTools is intended to encourage software developers to enhance their offerings and promote interoperability across platforms, focusing on primary health care for the general population.
