The project is based on the Mobile Health Portfolio, which allows women to receive vouchers and money and gradually set aside sums of money to cover the costs of prenatal care, childbirth, postnatal care, and care for children under the age of 5. The system allows funds to be used to pay for health services from CSB healthcare providers and partner referral hospitals, integrated into a digitalized system. This wallet is accessible via a SIM card that women can keep in a key ring, for example. If they do not have a phone, they can use a simple telephone located in health centers or with field agents.
