The Ministry of Health (MoH) is adopting the District Health Information Software 2 (DHIS2) to improve health data management. DHIS2 is an open-source tool designed for data collection, management, and analysis across health programs. The initiative aims to enhance data accuracy, accessibility, and overall health service delivery, strengthening the health information system to support timely decision-making and promote evidence-based practices. It is anticipated to improve reporting capabilities at various health levels and lead to better health outcomes for the population. To ensure effective use of the software, regular training and support will be provided to staff.
