The ASA-YC4Y initiative aims to create and oversee a digital health ecosystem in Iran, which will benefit various stakeholders and healthcare providers. A notable component of this initiative is inter-hospitalization, which enhances information transfer between hospitals, particularly in resource-limited settings. The use of digitalization as a communication tool is designed to ensure certified information is shared, allowing for early symptom detection and timely healthcare responses. The primary objective of the program is to achieve a comprehensive digital transformation of the health ecosystem, with a focus on several health areas including non-communicable diseases (NCDs), emergencies, injuries, communicable diseases, oral health, health promotion, mental health, chronic conditions, disabilities, and cancer.
