The Duplicate Resolver is essential for managing functions related to Enrollee Age resolution, duplicate lives resolution, staff management, budget, and contract monitoring. It successfully aided the NHIS in saving over N1.2 billion in 2012 by identifying over-aged enrollees. Starting in 2014, it detected over 23,000 duplicate cases, resulting in monthly savings of over N176 million for NHIS. Furthermore, the KSCHMA in Kano identified more than 600 duplicates within its first five months of operation. Currently, the system is in the end-to-end integration phase and is seeking implementation partners.
