Our initiative aims to mobilize and empower communities in Pakistan by increasing vaccine awareness and accessibility through frontline healthcare workers. Utilizing the doctHERs model, we seek to raise COVID-19 vaccination rates among a target population of 3 million across 16 districts, with support from international partners and technology. Female community influencers, known as Guddi Baajis, play a crucial role in promoting vaccine awareness among women. Since 2019, in partnership with UNILEVER and UKAID, we have emphasized health hygiene and nutrition, building trust in various communities. Our program engages 200 female healthcare workers, positively impacting over 1 million lives annually by addressing community needs with a human-centered design approach. Our health focus areas include communicable diseases and health promotion.
