The project employs the RapidSMS framework to monitor EID ART initiations, allowing healthcare workers (HCWs) to register collected samples using numbers on Pink cards. Once samples are gathered from health centers, they undergo verification at the district lab to ensure adherence to standards before being dispatched to the reference lab. Confirmation of sample receipt is communicated via SMS by lab personnel. The primary focus areas of this initiative are communicable diseases.
