Summary
Our AI-driven platform for automated health campaign micro-planning enables efficient collaboration among multiple planners. By utilizing algorithms and predictive analytics, the system identifies target populations, forecasts resource needs, monitors finances, and evaluates campaign performance, thereby reducing planning time by two to five months. Historical data from Rwandan health campaigns show that strategically adding mobile sites could have reached an additional 2.1 million people. Furthermore, integrating family planning services resulted in minimal cost increases while significantly enhancing outreach. The platform also optimizes resource deployment and identifies staffing misalignments that contributed to service shortages during peak demand. Key health focus areas include health promotion, sexual and reproductive health, management of chronic conditions and disabilities, and vaccination/immunization.
