The Digital Infrastructure for Verifiable Open Credentialing (DIVOC) is an open-source platform created to efficiently issue digital certificates and support public health initiatives, particularly in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It enables the issuance of secure, tamper-proof vaccination records, fostering international trust in vaccination status. Developed by eGov, DIVOC has provided over 2 billion certificates across five countries, including India and the Philippines, in alignment with World Health Organization (WHO) standards. Its flexible design allows nations to tailor health programs, making it applicable for various vaccination campaigns beyond COVID-19. DIVOC is available globally under an MIT open-source license, focusing on communicable diseases, vaccination/immunization, and emergency responses.
