NurseXperience is a pioneering platform designed to train nurses for excellence in digital health. It provides an immersive learning experience featuring realistic simulations with virtual patients, specialized training, and artificial intelligence integration to personalize skill development. The platform serves as a bridge between clinical practice, technology, and future healthcare demands, enhancing nurses' employability and preparing them for new job market challenges. NurseXperience not only benefits nursing professionals but also healthcare institutions by equipping teams to adeptly navigate emerging technologies, improve care quality, and promote patient-centered approaches. With an ethical, accessible, and scalable model, the initiative aims to democratize access to high-quality training resources, thereby advancing nursing and strengthening the digital health ecosystem in Brazil and Latin America. The project aims to train at least 10,000 nurses in essential digital skills by 2027, integrate AI for personalized learning pathways, establish partnerships with educational and health organizations, and broaden access to digital clinical simulation. Its primary focus areas are in Primary Health Care, targeting adults aged 18 and older, while enhancing the employability and leadership role of nurses in the digital health landscape.
