Telemedicine services, introduced in 2009-2010, enable remote consultations through various devices. Currently, there are 94 established centers, with plans to expand to over 140 additional sites. These centers utilize advanced technology to enhance patient consultations, which have seen a rise from 2014 to 2022. Individual consultations are documented in DHIS2 for effective disease profiling. This service has significantly benefited patients with skin diseases in remote regions lacking specialists. The primary health focus areas include communicable diseases, non-communicable diseases (NCDs), and sexual and reproductive health.
